Somebody has to get in the hole.
Water comes in, the sides want to come with it, and the only way to put a line right is to go down there and do it. That is the part of the job you are actually paying for, and it is the part nobody photographs.
We run our own excavator, so the trench, the pipe and the backfill are one crew rather than three, and the lawn goes back the way it came up.

New service run from the main to the house, in a machine-cut trench rather than by hand across your lawn.
Commercial ground work
Parking lots and shopping centers, with the excavator, the skid steer and the truck on site together.
